Last week I received confirmation letter from cookery school. I'm going to do one of the few things I wanted to do finally after being on their long waiting list: learning Ottolenghi cookery! This is the menu I'm going to master. Sounds yummy already...!
先週、クッキングスクールから確認の手紙が届きました。ロンドンでやりたかったことの一つ、Ottolenghiの料理を習います。写真はその日、習うメニューです。7月はまだまだ先ですが、今から楽しみです。
うらやましいですね。僕らも Ottolenghi のファンです。Juliet(女房）が かれのレシピの本を見ながらたまに作ってくれますが、工程がめんどくさくて、材料が手に入りにくいのでレパートリーは３つか４つです。

ReplyDeleteそうですね。ひとつの料理に入るスパイスやハーブの種類が半端でないですものね。フードプロセッサーを持っていないので、私もレパートリーが少し限られています。
