summer pasta

My carb dinner is back.
The dinner is cold pasta with summer vegetables.
To make the sauce I stir a quarter onion(chopped), tomatoes(roughly chopped), celery, runner beans (boiled) and parsley(finely chopped) seasoned with fish sauce and honey and marinate it in a fridge. (I left it for 8 hours but 1 hour would be enough.)
You can use bell pepper and/or courgette instead of runner beans.
