broad beans

Sincere apologies to those who has been missing my food... ;D
Today's dinner was broad beans risotto. Ingredients: chopped onion, sliced mushroom, plenty of broad beans, bouillon and cheese. I used 'mature cheese with leek and white wine' and it was so yummy!
In Japan broad bean is popular as a snack to go with beer as well as edamame. We just boil it with salt. Hmmm I feel like a pint...!
