camera! camera! camera!

My friend is into photography as a hobby and has a nice camera. It's so different from my snap shot... Now a digital SLR is on my wishing list.

The shot is taken in Climpson & sons: my local coffee shop but very good one. I'm not into coffee at all, though. Actually it's one of the things I'd like to avoid if I can. I don't like its bitterness much and would get headache after 2 cups (1 cup is OK). Also even if a cup is made by my favourites I can drink latte but not flat white or cappuccino. It's one of the things make me feel childish. I really wish I could write a novel in a coffee shop!

友人に一眼レフカメラを使わせてもらいました。やはり私のスナップショットカメラとは違います、、、。日本に帰ったら、是非手に入れたいですなー。

私のスタジオの近くにはClimpsonというとてもおいしいコーヒーショップがあります。コーヒーが苦手な私ですが、ここなら喜んで飲めるというお店の一つです。

東ロンドンにはオーストラリア人によるコーヒーショップがいくつかできました。彼らはcoffee geekと呼ばれ、豆の選択はもちろん、自分たちで煎り挽くというこだわりようです。この間、West endでお洒落と噂の北欧系のカフェで休むことになったのですが、味には格段の違いがあります。やっぱり情熱をもって作るって、geekと呼ばれようがかっこいいと思うことの一つです。
