Camellia dessert plate in white

I made beetroot quiche. What a beautiful colour! I got a bunch from farmer's market yesterday. So I used the whole thing.
Layers of the quiche from the bottom:
1 medium red onion, sliced and stir fried until it gets caramelised.
3 large beetroots peeled and thinly sliced.
The leaves of 6 beetroots, washed, chopped in 4-5 cm and stir fried with olive oil and a bit of lemon juice.
grated cheese (I used mature chedder and mozzarella this time)
3 mushrooms sliced.
3 eggs and 200-250ml of creme freche with finely grated nutmeg, mixed well.
sprinkle of smoked paprika on the top (if you like it).

I still have 3 beetroots left... Great!
