chard and stilton tripoline and crispy skin salmon

It feels like a long time since the last I blogged about food.
The thing is when I get busy I just cook to fill my stomach. I don't care how it looks on the plate therefore there's no way a photo opportunity!!
Anyway thank you so much for having visited me at handmade in Britain, Chelsea Old Town Hall too! The next one is our open studio on 14th Dec. Please keep the date in your diary. I'll have lots of seconds I made while developing the new series. There will be a lot of bargains! 

Anyway today's lunch. I tried the tripoline for the first time and love it. This time I made chard and stilton sauce just because I had them in the fridege. Now I'm  ready to go to the studio to finish up the Christmas orders!
