My dinner was Bibimbap (Korean dish) with noodle. They normally have it with rice but as I didn't feel like waiting for rice to be cooked (30 mins), I used Banh Pho (Vietnamese rice noodle). We use Korean miso: Kochujang which is made similarly to our miso but spicy with chili. I used up leftover in the container and it was plenty enough to give me a good kick.
Anyway this is one of the dishes I used to cook a lot when I was in Japan. It is the first time in almost 10 years to make this. I just realised I can't eat as much as I did those days...
