chinese dish

Yesterday I made Happo-sai. It is one of Chinese dish that is adjusted to our taste. You stir-fry a variation of vegetables, then boil it in a soup for a while and give it body by adding something like corn starch. This time I put carrot, mushroom, Chinese lettuce, bamboo, onion, broccoli and chicken, but there are a lot more vegetables you can add. It's healthy if you don't use oil much... :D
(Sprinkling herbs over the dish is my liking, I've never seen anybody does it.)
