quiche again

I bought a tart pan the other day and am happy to show my beautiful quiche.
This is my recipe: pink fir apple and one Jerusalem artichoke (it's just left-over from yesterday) stir-fried with basil pesto, spinatch, streaky bacon, red onion, egg, creme fraiche, Gruyere cheese, nutmeg, smoked paprica and s&p.
I found quiche very handy when I want to save vegetables in the fridge from rotting.
