The bowl in the middle is one of 'Camellia's in green. Will be available at Origin.

'Okara' might not sound familiar to you. It is mainly skin of soy beans left when they make tofu. It's got a lot of fibre and is very healthy ingredient.
In Japan we go to tofu shops and they usually have some of it and sell inexpensively or give it to their regular customers. But we don't consume enough of it and unfortunately throw tons of it every year. I wonder if there's any better use of it if we can't eat it up.
