I'm very happy now when flowers are blooming and the city looks pretty. BUT! It's not so great for me who has hay fever. 
As I don't like taking medicines I tried to find alternatives. I found that royal jelly is good but couldn't find it in a natural food grocery. The shop assistant then recommended me to take this: pollen. It was on a shelf next to honeys so I assumed it would be sweet but it's not. Having it with ginger tea was so wrong but it eased my symptom. 
I would wake up with runny nose in the middle of night but since taking this I've been sleeping OK until the morning. It's so great!
I also get spots this season since the last year. I'm hoping to find a way to get rid of them too.
